Camp Latgawa  Food Service Lead

Seasonal Opening June - August 2019

Supervise Food Service Operations at Camp including;

  • Menu Planning balanced meals during summer season
  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Oversee production and service of meals
  • Schedule and lead staff of novice cooks
  • Room and Board included in addition to Salary
  • Experience in quantity food service, baking, and scratch cooking desired.
