Register now for Sacred Threads 2022!  Our theme this year is “Strip to My Lou” – think of 2 ½” strips.

Come share the Sacred Threads of Life with others while doing what you love: bring your own projects with you and quilt, sew, craft or just relax! Cathy Treadway and Suann Rush are excited to be hosting as Deans for this year’s Retreat. Sacred Threads has a cherished tradition that they will retain along with adding some new experiences. Past attendees and new friends are welcome!

Space is limited to 24 participants, and the final 6 registering will be quilting in beautiful Hill Hall.

To maintain the safety and health of our campers and the wonderful lodge hosts and staff, we require that everyone who attends to have completed their COVID-19 vaccinations: two vaccinations with the 2nd dose (or one-dose vaccine) no later than May 18th. You will be required to enter your vaccination dates on the medical form. You may register now and contact the registrar to update your medical form once you receive the vaccine. Booster shots, if available, are highly encouraged.  If you are not fully vaccinated, you must, upon arrival to camp, show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 48 hours prior to arrival.  This is not the rapid test.

You will receive more information closer to the camp with any additional information specific to the event, as well as current pandemic requirements.

Participants will be required to wear a mask when around lodge hosts and staff.

Check-in is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on Wednesday (you can arrive as early as 1:00pm to set up and start your sewing). We will be using Bailey Lodge and Hill Hall if needed.

Check out is by 11:00am on Saturday.

At camp you will be served delicious brunches (sleep in late!) or early continental breakfasts (for you early birds) and fabulous dinners.

Bring your normal travel supplies (you will receive a list of recommended supplies closer to retreat time) flashlights (it gets dark), sewing machine, projects and craft supplies. Optional: anything you would like to “give-away” to others such as fabric, patterns, thread etc…

Ironing boards, irons, cutting mats and rulers will be supplied.
