If you are looking for a great place to watch one of nature's most amazing phenomenon... Come to Sawtooth camp to view the 2017 total solar eclipse. Boise and most of Idaho will only see a partial eclipse, but the really awe inspiring total eclipse is worth the effort of traveling to see! This will be the first one since February 1979 ― to be visible in the lower 48 states. It will be the first total solar eclipse in 99 years to sweep from coast to coast. The next total solar eclipse won't come to Idaho until 2045.
Come and share the experience with others who are interested in this event.
Sawtooth camp will be open for visitors to come and stay the night before and/or the night following the eclipse which will occur mid-day August 21, 2017. Meals will be provided with advance notice about your plans.
Make your reservations NOW! Contact Dave Hargreaves at the camp directly: SawtoothUMCamp@gmail.com to reserve your cabin and meals!
